Powerful Engine Options

1.5L EcoBoost®

At the heart of the Bronco Sport® Big Bend®, Heritage, Bronco Sport Free Wheeling™, and Outer Banks® models, the 1.5L EcoBoost® engine boasts 180 horsepower and 200 lb.-ft. of torque.

2.0L EcoBoost®

The Badlands® model is equipped with a standard 2.0L EcoBoost engine. This adrenaline-inducing engine has 250 horsepower and 280 lb.-ft. of torque.

4x4 Standard

4x4 is standard across all models of the Bronco Sport.

Advanced 4x4 Options

Available Advanced 4x4 with Twin Clutch Rear-Drive Unit can send torque to a single rear wheel even when the other three wheels have no traction. It can divert virtually all rear axle torque to either rear wheel. It works with the vehicle's selectable G.O.A.T. Modes® (Goes Over Any Type of Terrain).

Class II Trailer Tow Package

The available Class II Trailer Tow Package includes a hitch receiver and a wiring harness to help ensure you'll be prepared to go off-course.

Trailer Sway Control

Working with AdvanceTrac® with RSC® (Roll Stability Control™), standard trailer sway control selectively brakes and adjusts engine power to help you maintain command.

Max Towing Capacity

When equipped with the Class II Trailer Tow package, the Bronco Sport® SUV has a max towing capacity of 2,700 lbs. for the Badlands® models and 2,200 max on Big Bend® and Outer Banks® models.
